"Great experience. The food was perfect, service was great, and the ambiance was outstanding. I recommended it to associates visiting the area the very next day and both groups were very pleased with their experience as well."

"Just wanna mention if you are heading to High Velocity you can park at the JW Marriott underground garage for up to 3 hours. Ask the hostess for a validation and you are good to go (otherwise parking is $14!).   I've been to High Velocity several times for special events (tweetups/Happy Hours) and each time they had several appetizers for the guests. They are standard bar food but I guess they are good when they are free. I just like the fact that the place is big enough to hold a large group of people. If you are doing private parties, consider doing it at High Velocity."

“I love this place. I've been twice this week. I went initially to bring an out-of-town colleague to dinner, to show her Indy's nice new hotel. The service was excellent, we were delighted with the $5 happy hour menu and the drink prices. I came back tonight, dressed in a hoodie after volunteering at a wine fest, and we still received excellent service. Thanks to the happy hour menu, our bill for 2 beers, 2 glasses of wine, the best nachos I've had in a while and 4 sliders was about $30. We asked our waiter about the sports they show, and he said they have every sports package and even show UFC. SOLD.”

“A great sports bar - great food, energetic atmosphere and plenty of video screens. Can't think of a better place to be before a Colts game!”

“It was the perfect before game day spot. food was way above average for a sports bar. Great service even though they were very busy. Easy access to all downtown locations. Will definitely go back.”

“We went for the Notre Dame vs. Michigan State game and it was a great spot. Lots of sports fans and helpful service. I would recommend to anyone.”

“The place seems perfectly crafted to accentuate that event [Super Bowl], with plentiful TVs, ample space for standing crowds, friendly service and accommodating bars. Plus, it’s got a familiar barroom dining menu, upsized and charged enough to differentiate it from typical taproom offerings.”

“I had high hopes for the event, but it managed to exceed my expectations…I don’t have enough space here to properly expound on the greatness of the food and beer, so I think just leaving it at “it was amazing” will suffice. I would not hesitate, for even a moment, to send you and your significant other to either Sun King’s tasting room or any of the fine restaurants inside the JW Marriott. Trust me, adding one, or both, of these to your evening is a wise decision.”

"Upon entering the hotel… there must have been two dozen extremely happy, smiling staff members awaiting the first guests. Four of them directed me to High Velocity, where I was eagerly greeted by 6 waiters. They directed me to the host, who took me to a table. The waiter was equally eager, smiley and chatty. I was her third table so I anticipated small areas that would need to be worked out, but service was like a well oiled machine, even on day one, table three. I ordered the classic burger. I was not asked how I would like it cooked, but it came out fast enough on a modern shaped plate. The fries were tasty and hot, and the burger was good sports bar fare. I was continuously doted on by the waiter, and the manager, as well as another executive each came by to check on me. The table was comfortable, if not a bit too close to the other tables. There is a huge LCD TV by each table along the perimeter, with volume and channel controls, as well as numerous LCDs hanging around the walls. The chairs were comfortable, and the music was the perfect volume."
